The NextGen Leadership Society has launched an important project, a Young Talent Attraction Strategy, with the consulting firm Millier Dickinson Blais. Geared towards youth aged 16-40, the project will be gathering feedback through online surveys and in-person focus groups and we want your voice to be heard. Help us create an Island of Choice.

When all of the information is gathered, there will be a clear recommendations and guidelines for making Cape Breton an Island of Choice for young professionals. Strategies will be developed to help attract youth and put into action the recommendations.
The NextGen Leadership society will be calling on you to participate in community focus groups, encourage online participation, and help us reach as many Cape Breton youth still living here or those who have moved away but are originally from Cape Breton.
